Spring Break: Seattle

The 2017 Spring trip saw Barbary Coast head North to the city of Seattle, Washington for some vacation, team-bonding, and an opportunity to meet more out-of-state opponents – KAVU Lax and Seattle Lacrosse Club.

BC played two games on the weekend: a Saturday evening game against KAVU (BC 16 – KAVU 12) followed by up a midday contest against Seattle LC (BC 11 – SLC 10). Both games exhibited a spirit of friendly competition and high-quality lacrosse from all teams. A massive thank you to Team KAVU and the Seattle LC for hosting the games and being so welcoming, we will hopefully meet again in the future.

BC seized the opportunity to spend time off the field capitalizing on food, drink, sightseeing, and everything in between.  Next up: Barbary Coast kicks off their NCLA season with another double-header weekend, Friday (3/31) against the Olympic Club at 7:00pm Beach Chalet, San Francisco and again Saturday (4/1) against Palo Alto at 12:00pm, location forthcoming.
