Barbary Coast defeats Marin 9-5

On a beautiful California day in Sausalito, California, Barbary Coast Lacrosse Club defeated Marin Lacrosse Club nine to five, in California.  The game was fast paced with goals coming early in possessions and through the transition game.  Once again BC showed its strong organizational skills on defense led by Dr. Lulay, Professor Atkinson, and Señor Vila, with goalie John “AV” Meade providing a cooling ice blue presence in goal.  But the star of the day, and sixth-man of the year candidate, was Carson “Chicken” Parmelee, who finished with one goal, one assist, while playing ferocious short stick defense all game long.  No word yet if he avoided sunburn.  In related news, Ryan Brown (3 goals) threw up.

BC moves to 3-0 on the year and resumes action on Saturday, April 27th in Palo Alto, California.
